David lives with his husband in a large, anthroposophical enclave in Northern New York State that includes four Camphill places, substantial Biodynamic activity, a Waldorf School and much more. He is currently working in Camphill Ghent, a community devoted to eldercare. He has been associated with Camphill communities in the North American region of the CamphiII Movement for more than forty years, having lived in five communities over that time. He is a bio-dynamic gardener and a horticultural vocational instructor. He has been teaching adults in anthroposophical training programs and inclusive learning settings for over thirty years. He has taught courses in Curative Education at the orientation/foundation year level and Social Therapy from the orientation/foundation year level through the Fourth Year. He is a member of the Anthroposophical Society and the School for Spiritual Science. Also, out of his legal background he provides pro bono consultation to not-for-profit organizations. In addition, David has business experience having started several enterprises, including a community bank.
