Starting on February 28, Camphill Academy’s “Inner Work/Outer Work: Meditation and Mindfulness in Inclusive Social Development” Continuing Education course will begin. This 5-week online course introduces participants to the basic techniques at the heart of many meditative or contemplative traditions, and places them in the context of community building, curative education, social therapy, and other activities in the field of Inclusive Social Development. The course utilizes the Koru curriculum and platform developed at Duke University with “emerging adults” in mind, but even for experienced practitioners and meditators there is value in learning new approaches or techniques to enrich both our inner and outer work.
